Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil for pan
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter and oil.
