Ingredients
1.5 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 cups long-grain white or Basmati rice

1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
Instructions
Rinse rice under cold water until liquid runs clear
Cook rice according to package instructions
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels
Chop parsley and mince garlic
