Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes)
Add chicken and cook until golden and seared (5-6 minutes)
