Description
This pink salt detox drink is a refreshing, simple morning tonic that supports hydration and may assist natural metabolism.
Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat water until just warm, not hot.
2. Stir in pink salt until dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice and honey, stir again.
4. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink daily for up to two weeks, then pause.
Avoid using iodized salt — only use Himalayan pink salt.
