A creamy, layered no-bake dessert combining fresh strawberries, graham cracker crust, and a sweetened condensed milk-cream filling. Chill for 4 hours for a rich, refreshing summer treat with balanced sweetness and texture.
Ingredients
2 pounds fresh strawberries (firm)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch dish, smoothing the surface.
Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk until fully combined. Spread mixture evenly over the crust.
Chill dessert for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Before serving, top with fresh strawberries, leaving some for garnish.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for faster, stiffer peaks
