Ingredients
1.5 cups graham crumbs
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
2 tablespoons lime zest (finely grated)
1 cup whipped cream, whipped to stiff peaks
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
Instructions
Combine graham crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
Press 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of 12 clear dessert cups.
Tamp down firmly using the back of a spoon to create a solid base.
Chill cups for 15 minutes while preparing the filling.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
Whisk in condensed milk until fully incorporated.
Fold in key lime juice and 1 tablespoon lime zest.
Spoon the filling into each cup and smooth the top.
Top each with a dollop of whipped cream and remaining lime zest.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Use a microplane grater for maximum lime zest yield.
Chill filled cups for at least 2 hours for best texture.
