Ingredients
1 lb (450g) Sirloin or Ribeye Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups Cooked White Rice (Jasmine or Basmati)
3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, divided
4 cloves Garlic, freshly minced
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (low sodium preferred)
Instructions
Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
Sear steak in batches for 1-2 minutes per side until browned
Remove steak and add remaining 1 tablespoon butter, garlic, and soy sauce to the pan
Deglaze the pan with 2 tablespoons water, stirring to create a sauce
Return steak to the pan and toss to coat
Serve steak bites over warm rice and garnish with fresh parsley
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet for easy browning
Low sodium soy sauce prevents over-salting
Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days
