Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cooked white or brown rice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Add remaining butter and garlic; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
