Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
8 oz (227g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulls removed
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing into 24 mini cupcake molds to form crusts.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fill each crust 3/4 full.
Freeze 1 hour to set filling.
Top with whipped topping and a strawberry quarter.
Freeze 3 hours or overnight until firm.
