3 cloves minced garlic
1 pound penne/fusilli/rigatoni pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups fresh spinach arugula or kale


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté 5 minutes until browned and halfway cooked.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Stir to coat chicken evenly.
Raise heat to medium-high, add garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes. Add chicken back to pot and stir.
Pour in milk and add cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and sauce is smooth.
