2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
